Faulty sofas, am I being unreasonable?

I bought two sofas from Harvey Norman, taking delivery on 23rd Dec 2020. Electric recliners, one of which was a standard two seater and the other a corner sofa. The recliner on the two seater was broken on delivery which I reported immediately. The other sofa (corner) has no padding in the arm rest and we are convinced a spring is broken in it as well. To make matters worse the end chair which is attached to the main corner bit (excuse language) is very rocky and not at all stable. A technician came out, said he knew what was wrong with regards to the springs and left. The chair which is unstable - the technician said all feet were on the ground and it was attached. I contacted customer service (who have been lovely) they want to repair including unpicking the stitching from the sofas and repadding. To compound things I'm also convinced the chairs have completely started to sag.. We are a family of three adults who are all working during the day so these chairs are only being used for a few hours in the evening. Am I within my rights to ask for a refund, Harvey Norman want to try to fix them but I feel there is too much wrong too soon. Appreciate your thoughts. Thanks

Ask for a refund as soon as possible as with every day that passes the clock is ticking. Stick to your ground.
If you paid by CC, tell them you want to reject the furniture and want a refund1
