To be fair to Plusnet and Being a customer since 2008 I have found their customer service and tech support quite good that is when you can get through on the phone.

PN has had multiple problem post on here for a few years.
The ISPs like Zen and Andrews and Arnold basically do not get CS complaints .
Compare their customer numbers, and you'll see why :)

I used Plusnet for years, no problems, I moved and also moved my broadband to BT as I wanted faster fibre than Plusnet offer (their max is 66Mbps, BT go up to 900Mbps where I now live, although I only have the 300Mbps service). No issues at all. Also Plusnet are own by BT, using the same network.

Forget customer numbers - compare their prices vs Plusnet. (In the ISP world, the old adage of "You get what you pay for" tends to hold true). :)
