Product isn’t spec as discribed

We have recently purchased a hot tub , it said it was 28” high and us in fact 24”, the company have explained it’s a new model and sadly the discription wasn’t updated and offered a 10% discount , the issue I have is I wanted a 28” as I’m tall so 4” difference is massive , what are my rights , I brought this to their attention within 24 hrs of receiving.

Reject it for a refund.  It's not what you bought.

I bought in January and complained about the 4 inch height difference as soon as I realised within 48 hrs, they actually offered me 10% after sending the problem to their technical dept, it’s taken this long x

I put t up in January and filled it , as I wasn’t aware it was smaller, used for two days and then contacted them, may actually have contacted within 24 hrs will have to follow my email trail

That will make it a bit trickier because I expect they'll cite hygiene reasons, etc. but fundamentally it's not the product you ordered.
