Used some Clubcard points for some Restaurant vouchers last February, during the Summer, they automatically extended them from August 2020 to February this year, unfortunately do to Shielding etc not been able to use them, dropped them an email asking if there was any chance to extend them and they offered a refund, exchange or an extension until February 2022, superb service!
