    You just need a local firm of solicitors - the law society website can help you find your local / best reviewed / ones who have experience in situations like overseas assets etc. 

    You'll also need someone (ideally 2 people) to agree to be an executor - or the solicitor can do it, but that's £££ and will come out of the estate.
