StraightMyTeeth - radio silence

I signed up to a teeth aligners treatment with straightmyteeth.com that cost a fair sum of money. Couple of months into the treatment and things have started to go wrong - I have now made several attempts, via email and telephone, to get their specialists (orthodontist) to look into the matter and am getting no response. I have tried customer services almost daily now and keep getting told that another chaser will be sent to Orthodontists, and still I am waiting. I'm worried that this outfit may leave me hanging - what are my rights here? Am I able to claim a refund via a governing body (if there is one?)? Any ideas?
Thanks
Thanks

didn't the appalling grammar of their web address tip you off ?0 -
Cr card
Allow me to correct the grammar of your second question: 'Did the appalling grammar of their web address not tip you off?'
Actually it did. It prompted me to research further - as much as one can when making purchases online. Reviews, registration on Companies House, active telephone lines, active emails. Checked them all.

But still you thought buying this online was a good idea?

If you paid by credit card then you could think of seeking a chargeback or S75 from them.0

Thanks, Browntoa. Yes, they do exist in the sense that I have actually spoken to the dentist over the phone but the set up is one of affiliations so when things go wrong it becomes a case of: "speak to 'straightmyteeth' " Thank you for sharing
Thanks, pbartlett - I did think of section 750
