No - driving offences are not moral turpitude. There has to be evil intent.

as dzug says you've nothing to be worried about . get it in your mind that the answer is no ....if asked don't go wishy washy and mention the past.
i have motoring convictions in the US and don't think twice about using the visa waiver programme0 -
They are looking for drug offenses terrorism offences etc not some stupid kid thing that may of happened some years back.
It isn't a speeding fine and didn't happen some years back, it is a fairly recent offence.
