Two year warranty now we have left European Union

I purchased a fitness tracker from Argos (£169) in June 2019.The warranty states 1 year warranty, "except that if you reside in the
European Economic Area (EEA) and you purchased your Fitbit product in
the EEA, the warranty period is two (2) years from the date of purchase " After about one year the wrist band broke and I received a replacement by filing a claim on their website, all went quite smoothly. The wristband has broken again. I cannot file another claim as the website holds details of previous claim and considers claim settled. The two year warranty expires 19th June this year but we have left the EU now so question is, can the manufacturer terminate the warranty on 31st Dec 2020 or is it still valid? ( I know I am dealing with the manufacturer not the retailer but this is how Argos had arranged their returns/repair system for this item)

Does the warranty provide for repeat replacements of the same component? If not, then the EU question is moot. If it does, then taking that wording literally, you no longer reside in the EEA so the warranty has expired.0
