Sony Bravia KDL50W829 kept restarting now doesn't start

I bought a Sony Bravia KDL50W829 in 2014, been working fine but the past week it kept restarting and a bright white light would display on the light panel on the bezel. Last night the telly restarted once and then failed to come back on, what could be the problem?

I have taken the back of the telly off and can't smell anything or see any blown caps0
