APH airport parking

My airport parking booking with APH Manchester for March 23rd 2020 was obviously cancelled because of the Covid restrictions. Seeking to be helpful I accepted a voucher knowing I would eventually use it. APH have closed their phone lines, do not answer emails and when I tried to redeem my voucher for use on June 24th 2021 I received a message saying the voucher must be redeemed for use before March 23rd of this year which is obviously impossible given Covid restrictions. What can I now do to get a fair return of my payment or a booking as requested?

Did you book and pay for the Flexible rate or the Non-Flexible, Supersaver or Advanced Purchase rates? 
The cheaper rate plans do not have the flexibility to seek a refund and this is explained on their website and within FAQ's.
It would sound like possibly you had one of the restrictive rates but APH offered a credit as a gesture of goodwill. Is this the case?

APH Manchester have won school bus contracts and rail replacement bus contracts, so they have redeployed resources which would be used for transporting customers between the car parks and the airport terminals elsewhere.
