CC Application While Travelling (Without a Current UK Address)

Hi moneysaving gang! I'd love your help with something...
I'm in the process of applying for a 0% balance transfer card, I'm a UK tax resident, own a business there, and have a great credit score/history.
I'm currently not in the UK as my wife and I have been travelling for the last 7 months and haven't had a UK address for the same amount of time. We plan to go come back to the UK as soon as flights reopen, but here is the conundrum...
I have been pre-approved for a card already, but I'm not sure...what address should I use for my CC application since I don't have a permanent UK address for now?
I have all of my credit history tied to my previous UK address of 6+ years, but we don't live there anymore. The only UK address we have at the moment is my business', which is not a residential address.
Should I use my business address (not residential) combined with my previous address where I have history, or simply use the old address?
I'd be afraid that if they went for a deeper check, I could not show any recent bills to my name linked to it.
I know the people who live at my old address and could have them send me the card in that case, but I guess that's not the point lol.
How would you proceed in this situation?
Many thanks
@MallyGirl and other mods, please move this to the CC section if this is not appropriate. Thank you

i would proceed by not lying on a credit application which if you do could get you a cifas marker for fraud.BarraDisciple said:Hi moneysaving gang! I'd love your help with something...

Card companies will check stuff like if you are living at the address (on the electoral register). Where were you going to live when you get back - could you use that address if you have other post going there?1

That sounds like a smart choice, but I have no current permanent address. As I said, I'm travelling, so I'm living in Airbnbs one month at a time. Also, not all providers allow for an address outside of the UK as far as I know._shel said:i would proceed by not lying on a credit application which if you do could get you a cifas marker for fraud.Use the address you currently live at.0 -
Thanks Farfetch. I'm still on the electoral roll at that address at the moment. Don't know where we're going to live yet and arranging for accommodation now. My post is all going to my business address at the moment.Deleted_User said:Card companies will check stuff like if you are living at the address (on the electoral register). I would put your chance of getting a card in these circumstances at approx zero.
I have personal experience, I lived aboard a yacht in the Med for many years.I am not a cat (But my friend is)3 -
In my opinion unless you are desperate, it's just not worth the risk. The last thing you need as a businessman/woman is a CIFAS marker.I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.2

One question puzzles me. Where do you plan this imaginery card and PIN to be sent to? Whatever address you give on the application will be the address where card will be sent if successful. If you don't have an access to any address in UK how do you get your card?# 365 Day Penny Challenge 2021 £111.84/£667.95, # Virtual Sealed Pot 14 £7.56/£200, # Saving for Xmas 2021 £1 a day: £82/£365, # 1 debt vs 100 days £1,240/£1,240, 1 debt vs 100 days £1,000/£1,000,1 debt vs 100 days £0/£3,540,#80 Pay all debt by Xmas 2021: £2,555/£11,295.002

For the sake of a few months the risk mostly outweighs any benefits.2

It would save me hundreds on interest so it's kind of a move I need to make.Shakin_Steve said:In my opinion unless you are desperate, it's just not worth the risk. The last thing you need as a businessman/woman is a CIFAS marker.0 -
If the business address is good, I get it forwarded. If the old address is good, I know the tenants and the same happens.AbundantBudget said:One question puzzles me.
