Given how a person signature changes over time, it is not easy.... Remember banks (staff) very rarely see people now, signing for anything is even rarer.louisew_2 said: I would also have expected a bank they had used for many many years should have been able to spot a very badly forged signature.
Been there done that on cheques people had placed stops on the book and then found and then used. best test was to turn them upside down. But not easy when original is on a computer and no way to rotate.
