Children now aged 15,16 What now?

Hi all, thank you for all your comments and advice. Like my other posts i have always paid mainteneance but surely i have some rights to know where they are , i miss them so much, i have missed their growing up for Bdays and Xmas etc. How do i know what school they even go to? The CSA must be able to tell me something. How do i know when they have gained employment or acheived a scholarship to Uni etc. I dont know what their ambitions are or achivements at school etc.

The CSA will tell you nothing, now your kids are old enough maybe they will come looking for you.

When you and your wife were divorced were there any contact orders issued?

As you were married and i'm assuming that your name was on the birth certificate then yes you do have rights but going via the CSA is not the right option, you might be better getting in contact with a lawyer.

Have you had no communication at all over the years from your ex wife's family?

Hi All, many thanks for your comments. No the last time i saw my boys was in xmas 1993. She has had no contact at all. i have no address of the ex parents either. Last known address was Northampton , but has moved on since but no forward address. There was no restraining order as there was no domestic or hassle. She was moved out of Germany for Attempted suicide and fraud/deception. I have paid Private eyes etc, and solictors to find her but since 1993 i have given up with the financial expenses.

Al i want to know is how they are doing at school and what chosen carreer path they want.
