Saga shares

Hello all in 2018 I had 567 saga shares now apparently I have zero I've just emailed saga shares to explain it all to me in english but wondered if anyone here can explain. I don't understand any of it. Help

Saga share price has decreased by 75% since 2018 and they had a share consolidation in 2020 which meant you now hold 1 share for every 15 you previously held. It's a real saga.0

You shouldn't have zero though, you should still have some.
The share consolidation means you own less shares but they are higher value. It makes no difference to you.0 -
i previously had a share holding of 665 shares .i would rather have 665 worth 1p than 44 at 15 p i was not asked to vote . a real rip of Brittain0

It gets messy when you need to start dealing in small fractions of pennies.0

I am trying to sell my Saga Shares, but the Investor Code noted on my Share Certificate is not recognized by Equiniti, how do i find out what my 11 digit Shareholder number is please, trying to make contact by telephone or online is met with " Shareholder number not recognized", all answers gratefully received0
