Hi ,
JaJa credit card , is tipping me over the edge. since receiving my JAJA card , after it took over my Post office credit card I have not been able to access my account either online or in their app , hence I have no idea when to pay or how much to pay .
thru January I was able to access but over four weeks ago , it now is telling me that the details I am entering are incorrect , strange as it confirms the detail as being correct sends me a code and that point it then says they are incorrect. The customer service is no existent , all they say is it will be up and running tomorrow call me back if it dosent. Needless to say I have Calle them so many times only to be held on the line for sometimes nearly 3 hours. is anyone else having this problem I know of a couple of friends that are having the same problems
I have been charged for late payments interest because I cannot access this stupid company

I have been charged for late payments interest because I cannot access this stupid companyAh, good old Jaja - thankfully I have managed to escape from them and my account closed (after help from the Financial Ombudsman).Have you completed their online complaints form:Complete it, take a screenshot and date/time it.When you don't hear anything from them after 8 weeks, send it with your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.The FOS seem to be the only ones who can get them to do anything about complaints such as yours..
