Unable to post to Facebook Sale's Groups

Hi All,
I am a member of a number of 'buying and selling' groups on Facebook. Yesterday I attempted to sell an item, however, I was advised that I was unable to add to the groups. I reinstalled the app and tried again today, same error message. I don't use any of the groups very often and for the same message to appear when attempting to post to all of the groups seems odd. Is there a resolution?
