Bankers Draft Questions

Which banks do Bankers Drafts? Does anyone know if the they put the customers address ie my address on the Bankers Draft?

    They all should.
    No, it's like a normal cheque so payee name and amount, but comes out your account straight away when it's done by the bank / building society.

    Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

    Which particular ones don't?
    I can imagine that the new toytown banks don't offer them but I might have expected the traditional banks to still offer banker's drafts.

    I don't know of any banks that issue bank drafts anymore. Also the same with international bank drafts. Payments tend to be done electronically.

    Well, I've only looked at Lloyds but they list them (and apparently don't charge a fee unlike the £30 for CHAPS).

     HSBC do, can't remember the fee.
