Fairytale of New York for me too - got it on a Pogues CD. I may have to do my own Christmas Favourites from my comp - saves having to listen to stuff that I find way to 'schmaltzy'.
My dgd (aged 9) is practising 'Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree' for a school show this year - she is absolutely 'gobsmacked' that her Narnie knows all the words to it! Funnily enough her mother was just as gobsmacked when the Mel and Kim version came out back in 1987.0 -
