Last weekend my Google Pixel phone wouldn't charge. I've only had it a few months so I went onto Google's support site to report a fault. They sent an address label to print out and a link to book a collection from home with DHL. Phone was picked up Monday afternoon, delivered to Google in Poland on Tuesday, the fault with the charging port was acknowledged on Wednesday and the repair started, the phone was then sent back to me on Thursday and I received it from the same DHL courier on Friday morning. All for no cost.
