Hello,
We are looking to buy a house and theres one we like but it has a horrible stone cladding!
I have tried to find out a rough guide for removal costs on the internet but i have not been lucky.
Anyone know roughly how much it cost for a terraced victorian house in north london? Including disposal of rubble and re-rendering/painting of the new facade?
Thank you

Removal is easy, but firstly, what are the surrounding houses frontage made of/ Render, dash, brick, as this can be a planning issue in London.
Access and scaffold
Skip loading and parking
What finish you require. Brick, render,
Pics would be easier or a link to the agents website. Zoopla etc.
PS, cladding is renouned to be covering some bad issues and can cause damp ...... just a thought.0
