Icici direct bank stockbrokers

Does anyone have any advice as to how to contact the ceo of this dreadful bank?

    If you Google for 'ceo email' you'll find a site listing email addresses and other contact details for management of many organisations (the address of the site falls foul of the filters on this site).

    One option is to look for a procedure for a "formal complaint" on the bank's website. If it's not there or if it doesn't solve your issues satisfactorily, you can contact the financial ombudsman.

    Having used it while in India, they are dreadful in customer service. One of the worst banks who’ll do anything to take money off you. 
    Why would someone invest without doing some basic research is beyond me!

    I agree with the sentiment. Many people feel that they are doing sufficient research by checking which bank is most desperate for cash and is paying the highest interest rate. Some people go a step further and look for mention of FSCS on the banks website.
