In over my head

I currently have 3 claim forms issued against me;
1) Issue date 3rd Oct 2020 for £348.40 (2pcns included in the claim) 2) Issue date 28th October 2020 for £247.60  3)Issue date 23 Feb 2021 for £412.84 (2pcns included in the claim)
There are also another 2 that have come back in the SAR request from Premier parking solutions that were sent to my old address.
I am struggling with my mental health and dealing with the recent death of my father and dog, the stress that all this is causing is unmanageable and I feel at breaking point and unable to keep organized and do what I need to do. I feel intimidated by the court process and feel like I'm going to lose them all. A big part of me wants to call the 2 solicitors to try and come to some arrangement to pay it all off so all this will just go away. But then I guess that would be seen as admitting fault and they will just win in court anyway.

Presumably you did the AoS and submitted a defence for each claim, so please tell us the circumstances and reason for each one, and what you put in your defence for each one.
If you are struggling with this, you might find it easier to make three separate threads, but see what the other regulars say first.
If you decide to go down that route then just call them Claim 1, Claim 2 etcetera, starting with the oldest one first.
You might not be able to edit posts until you have been here a bit longer, but don't worry about that yet.

In any case, you should have complained to the landowner each time, so please tell us what happened when you did so.

Looking at the amounts claimed, I'm guessing each one has been subjected to fake add-ons of around £60 to £70 each time, plus interest of around 8% even though you couldn't get anywhere near that if you went to a bank.
If nothing else, you should be able to get the add-ons killed off at court, even if you lost.

Without attempting to name the driver, why did the vehicle receive parking charge notices..?  Going by the name of the parking company, are these cases of the vehicle being parked in your own space without a so called permit?

When you say 'claim forms', do you mean from the court, or are they just solicitors letters?  If they are from the court, then the October ones will have likely turned into credit affecting CCJs.  The one in February 2021 can be more easily dealt with. Please clarify exactly what you've had.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    What about your earlier thread?
    Any progress being made there?

On that thread, on 21st November you told us about a new Claim having been issued and you were going to start another thread about that. That didn't happen.

Claim 1- (Car)  Filed defence, Directions questionnaire filed with the court and waiting on a court date. Upon looking at copies of the letters First parking sent to me with the SAR they were sent to my old address (I forgot to change the address for the v5 after moving). First Parking LLP @ DCB legal. No valid ticket or permit displayed X 2

Claim 2 - (Motorbike) Filed defence, Directions questionnaire filed with the court and waiting on a court date. I stupidly never made a thread to post my defence. I just now have noticed that I haven't changed my address on the V5 for my motorbike so all Premier's original letters for this went to my old address the claim form came to my current address though. I realise that this is an offence so I'm worried about what will happen. Premier Parking @ BW Legal. No valid ticket or permit displayed

Claim 3-  Plan to complete Acknowledgment of Service tonight. Premier Parking @ BW Legal. No valid ticket or permit displayed X 2.

I'm struggling with how much of a mess it all is and now realise I haven't changed the address on my Bike V5 from moving in August 2018.

That belongs on your other thread, doesn't it?

Nothing, if you update the V5C now with the DVLA.  The fact it is a technical 'offence' (with the DVLA) is not the business of DCBL or the PPC.

You sound like you are doing it well, but I can understand why you feel overwhelmed.

Is the 3rd claim about the same car & car park as the 1st claim?  If so, search the forum for cause of action estoppel Henderson defence

Thanks, I now have an updated v5.
The 3rd claim is from a separate location.
Thanks for the help I will make threads for the other 2 cases and tackle all of this one step at a time.
    Many thanks
