Probate Office not got Will

I sent my Dad's Will by signed for delivery to the probate office on 10/02/21. I had an email from them this morning asking for documentation. When I rang them I was told they needed the Will. I told them I'd sent it and where I'd sent it to and gave them the tracking number. There response was that it's gone to Cheltenham instead of Harlow. I've checked all the details on the receipt and it shows I put all the correct details on. On the track and trace website it's showing as being delivered to Chelmsford MC. I'm just wondering what I can do to try and get this letter. Will I have to put in a claim to Royal Mail? Or is it likely to be at a different part of the Probate office?
