Flexible Furlough Payment Query

My husband is on Flexible Furlough being paid 80% of his salary. In February he was asked to work some hours. He worked 10.5 hours in total.
I have worked out that for the month of February his contractual hours were 136 (34 hours per week). Had he not done any work his Furlough payment should have been for 109 hours. As he only worked 10.5 hours this was less than 20% hours. Should he be paid the 80% Furlough payment AND the additional hours that he worked? Or does he still only receive 80% Salary. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

He would expect to be paid 100% for the hours worked, and 80% for the hours furloughed, unless his wage has been reduced in his contract of employment whether working or not.
The rules for calculating furlough are very complicated, and don't necessarily give the answer you expect. See:
