IP address indicates as being in the Netherlands

My computer indicates that its IP address is located in the Netherlands which is a pain when browsing the internet, how do I get it to be back located in England?

An IP address is not a physical location address. Why does it make it a pain when browsing the internet?

Sometimes geolocators are totally wrong. You can try rebooting your router and hope for a new public IP (assuming you do not have a static IP)

It would be an incredibly stupid company that uses your IP address to determine a delivery location.  What if you were using a VPN for example?   Determining language is a more reasonable use of an IP address, though also not foolproof when close to the border of European countries.  Is it not possible to override the language settings in your browser?

When buying something you enter your ACTUAL address for delivery so there's simply no need to reference your IP address.

But it does seem that Incrediserve Ltd has operations in Netherlands, so perhaps the IP address is genuine.

If only it was that simple, If they didn't know your IP address they can't talk to your browser

Where did you get the IP address information from?
This is difficult to look into, without the third octet. It isn't uncommon for GeoIP databases to be wrong about IP address locations. You should be assigned an IP address in a range that is registered to _your_ internet service provider.

Usually with shops there is an option to manually set your delivery country and currency which is useful when these automatic locators fail or your internet access is routed through a different country to where you live.

and
89.248.160.xxx to 89.248.175.xxx

The following ranges are allocated to the UK:
89.248.16.xxx to 89.248.31.xxx
and

Which of the above ranges do you fall into?

I think this is one to take up with you ISP

Are you being serious? 
OF COURSE they need to know your IP address to communicate with your browser, but that's a completely different issue to a physical DELIVERY address for goods.
