Good Morning,
so.... I missed the first furlough in March 2020 due to RTI submission dates but remained employed on un paid leave as I knew my job was safe, i returned to work in September up until hotel closed again in December but this time I was able to be furloughed. However my company are using these 6 months of no work in there calculations for my 80% so it drops my pay drastically! I’ve been told that they shouldn’t be doing this and in fact should include it in there calculations as if it was paid my 40 hours to work out my 80%.
