Ccj advise

My niece has a CCJ against her, I don't have a lot of savings certainly not the amount of debt but want to see if they will accept it to clear ccj but how do I go about this without my niece knowing

    Once you have saved the full amount, contact the creditor to make payment. She will see that it has been satisfied if she checks her files, but she won't know by whom.

    If you are hoping for a "settlement figure", now that there is a CCJ I doubt this will be an option. The Court has deemed this amount is owed.

    What type of debt was it, consumer credit act related ?
    Parking ticket ?
    Companies who have judgements against you/her won`t usually do any deals, although it won`t hurt to ask.
