What to say when buyers ask why you're selling

Ours is easy enough- since buying I’ve become disabled and I need a downstairs toilet as on bad days I have to crawl upstairs. There’s also the minor details of bed 3 being tiny and one toilet between 4 people doesn’t work well - but they can see that. DD2 thought needing a high sleeper was amazing aged 7. At 12, she’d like a more normal bed.0

What is small for you is not always small for someone else.
I felt out house was too small for us with one child. It was bought by a couple with 2 children.0 -

I don't think I've ever been asked straight out why I was moving but I was once asked if there was a problem because next door was for sale at the same time (mid-terrace houses). No, no problem, just that we are getting married and moving to a slightly bigger house about 200 yards away.1

That you've already buried your dead dog in the garden of the house you want to buy?
Or that this was a perfect starter home for you, but you can now afford somewhere bigger.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)3 -
I had this similar thought as the OP, but for other reasons as I had lived less than 2 years in my house before putting it on the market, so I figured people would be suspicious why I'm moving so soon!
The reason for moving I used is to move somewhere more rural, which was partly true, of course I didn't mention that the road is a pain for parking and both neighbours have yapping dogs 😉0
