The Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC) has been set up by the government to make things better for children and young people. They do this by helping those working with children and young people to do their jobs better.
They believe that if the people working with children and young people are better qualified and supported, then they will be able to make things better for YOU. They also think it is really important that they understand YOUR thoughts on this. What do you think those working with children and young people need to do to help meet your needs and to help you overcome any challenges you face?
Over the next 12 months there will be lots of exciting opportunities for you to get involved in what they are doing. You could help shape the skills and training of the people who work with you!
So first of all, they would like you to help them design their new website aimed at children and young people aged 9-17 by answering a few questions. To thank you for your time, they will enter every completed questionnaire into a prize draw to win a Nintendo Wii. The deadline for completed questionnaires is Monday 10th December. They will make the draw and announce the winner by the end of that week - no later than Friday 14th December.
