Not sure if this is in the right thread.
so I ordered a unit from studio in January for 339 including delivery using my debit card so not on an account. It arrived the wrong colour, I called them and was told I would have to either send it back, wait 21 days for a refund then order another or pay for another if I wanted it sooner. I ordered another again with my credit card and arranged for the wrong one to be collected which was on the 10th feb. I’ve phoned several times regarding making a complaint as I don’t think I should have had to pay for a new one when they sent the wrong one out and don’t understand why the couldn’t just swap it for the right colour! So today it’s been 21 days since my order was collected, I phoned to ask what’s going on. I was told they would have to send me a dispute letter as I’ve opened it and pieces are missing! I never opened it I saw the colour was wrong from the side of the box. So my question is what do I do now, can they really keep my money? I’m so cross
