Product over £100 bought online on credit card, returned, do chargeback or/and S75 apply?

On 31st December I bought a mattress online from a manufacturer that offers a 'sleep trial'. It cost £360, paid entirely by credit card.
It was delivered on the 13th January. I did not like it and arranged a return for a refund under the trial terms. (Ie, not under statutory rights). The return courier collected it on the 3rd of February.
I still have not received the refund. I emailed yesterday to pursue this and am awaiting a response.
In the event the seller refuses to refund, delays unreasonably, or does not respond, can I pursue a chargeback or/and a Section 75 claim? Or would these not apply because the product was delivered and wasn't faulty, leaving my only option as the small claims court?

It does apply, because the terms of the trial were part of the contract.

If you don't get your refund soon, then a S75 claim against your credit card provider is the way to go - assuming you are the account holder rather than a second card holder.

It would be a chargeback. So long as you can prove they have the goods back, and you have given them 15 days to refund from receipt.

Did the supplier arrange the return courier or did you?
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

To update, having been poked the supplier has now done the refund.
