Georgian Airways - Flights Cancellations

Hi to keep this short, in 2020 due to covid I asked Georgian Airways if I could transfer my return flights Berlin to Tbilisi in to 2021. Bearing in mind emails to and fro took many months I finally got Georgian to allow me to submit application for vouchers which they agreed to and gave me new tickets.  Also during this process Georgian cancelled one of my flights but as I had set the ball rolling for vouchers and I wanted to help Georgian due to covid I did not pursue a refund.  By October 2020 I thought everything was in place.
So a week ago I checked the booking locater on their website to check my flights and were not there.  I contacted Georgian who advised that the flights were cancelled.
When I questioned why this was and gave them copies of my rescheduled tickets Georgian are now ignoring me, which was a major issue in 2020.  I can't telephone as I just get cut off after a few seconds.
I don't want to go through the same hassle as I did last year as it was quite stressful.  I just want to go to an Ombudsman type person or third party make an official complaint because this just isn't professional.

Your issue and question may be better asked on a German consumer travel website or even on the Trip Advisor Air Travel forum as I am not sure many MSE’ers will have experience of Georgian Airways or even flights between Berlin and Tbilisi.

There is no Travel Ombudsman in the U.K.  Not sure of the situation in Germany or Georgia.
