Help with finance

I would like to know if there is any help. My 3 year old yorkie has to have an opperation on both her back knees as they slip out the socket. It will cost £3K. I have no pet insurance, and a single person with low income, it just covers my bills.
Thanking you in advance.

Although it's not a current article, this gives details of some charities who may be able to help with the cost of veterinary treatment.

Movingforwards has asked the key question.

  • There is a charity that gives veterinary care to dogs whose owners have housing problems:

I don't know of anything just for people on low incomes though.

Some of the charities which are able to help require claimants to be on specific benefits or live in a particular area.
You might see if any of the vets in your area are in the PDSA scheme
