If we find issues with the house after completion, e.g. a boiler that leaks when turned on, who's responsibility is it? Should we tell the EA? Its only been two days since completion...

If its a new build then contact the developer. If its not a new build welcome to the world of home ownership as the responsibility lies with you.8

Are you in Scotland? If so, I believe there are provisions in the standard contract about working heating...
Otherwise, it's your responsibility.2 -

Thanks all for your comments!
It's not a new build...I did think everything house related will be my responsibility after completion, but when EA gave us the keys, she said 'if there's any problem, let us know' so my family is telling me to go back to EA about the boiler leaking...but I feel awkward to do that....i mean what can they do now?0 -
