Hi
i don't know if anyone can help me with advice on this site but I need some help desperately. I used a company to see if there was any PPi charges I could claim, this Company did find a store card one and the payout to me was around £350, I had to pay them £135 of this money. Due to other issues with health and partners unemployment I did not pay this money within the scheduled time, I did call the Company a number of times to explain my situation, anyway due to my neglect in not following things through the company took me through debt collection and other avenues, needless to say I have now received a letter from a bailiffs company stating I now have to pay the PPi claim company £891.09 which is more than 5 times the amount I originally owed. Can they do this I am not in the best of health and I am actually now on disability benefit due to my 2 years of ill health the stress of this amount of money is not helping me at all. Is there anyway this Company can waver the extra charges???

You're unlikely to get any sympathy from a claims company.
Speak to them and see if you can come to some kind of payment arrangement, but don't ignore it any longer.0 -
