Hi
Earlier I logged into my outlook express e-mail a/c,I could see a number of mails were downloading including a couple of important ones, however I suddenly got a blue screen saying that due a problem the computer was shutting down, which it did.On restarting the new e-mails have all disapeared as I need to see a at least 2 of them and don't think I can ask for a resend, can I recover them. Many Thanks

If you have Outlook Express set to leave all messages on the server for 1 day/1 week or whatever then you'll be able to access them via webmail. Be sure to do this before the time is up! Ask your ISP if you don't know how to access your webmail.0
