Travel insurance

Hi , Hope I can get a good answer to my problem. I bought travel insurance for myself and my husband in February 2020 for the year. Sadly this was a complete waste of money as our holidays were cancelled like everyone else’s. Now I have had an email from LeisureGuard Travel thanking me for renewing this insurance and taking over £450 out of my account. I have received no notifications from them at all. Surely they can’t do this? I have already sent two emails to their complaints department without a reply or acknowledgment. I would really appreciate some positive advice.
Not sure I am in the right section?
Thank you.

They surely can if you signed up for annual renewal. Check the terms of the agreement.Val2000 said:Surely they can’t do this?

You can email them and ask them nicely to refund it as you didn't get any auto renewal notifications0
