Hello All,
apologies if this has been posted.
Just wondering if anyone had received a credit note from last year's cancellation and now received a refund?
We were due to take a ferry to Spain last year but of course, unable to and therefore asked for a credit note for this year. It looks uncertain again this year we will be able to. Has anyone received a refund from Brittany Ferries? If so, how was the process. I have emailed but as yet waiting for a response.
