I don't log in I always use it as a guest and about 3 out of 4 attempts just seem to stick - I can't get a result at all. If I'm desperate I just switch to another browser or clear cookies and keep trying. It's pretty rubbish though and I thought it was just me!Archergirl said:Anyone else having problems with this? There is a lot of scope for mis-typing especially the long numbers on the small parcel codes you get at the PO. Not to mention number/ letter confusion with O/0 and I/1. I've always assumed that is why I need a few attempts.

As mine is online I cut and paste so no room for error. I did phone the help line once and they suggested I take out one number at the end or beginning and manually type it back in in case the cut and paste was the issue, but that made no difference.martindow said:There is a lot of scope for mis-typing especially the long numbers on the small parcel codes you get at the PO.
