Toying with the idea of trying to grow celeriac in containers. Does anyone know if this can be done or how easy/tricky it is?

Never tried it in containers but it doesn't make much of a deep root, much like beetroot in that respect, so soil depth shouldn't be a problem

watering could be an issue, if it doesn't get regular, even watering I found it goes woody.
So containers could be a problem.I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.1
