for anyone trying to open all the links on page 2 very quickly to find hummingbirds - if you manage to get topcashback to give you 403 forbidden messages then clearing cookies and turning your router off for 10 minutes recovers things...
Seems like opening lots of tabs very quickly upsets topcashback!
