VCS court defence check [Now WS check please]

It's dated February 10th and I did the AoS after a week to give the maximum time. 
So that short defence minus the last line is sufficient to submit then? If so I'll get it off earlier rather than last minute.

With a Claim Issue Date of 10th February, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 15th March 2021 to file your Defence.

That's nearly two weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence and it is good to see that you are not leaving it to the last minute.

To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Thanks for all the help, I'll be submitting the following this weekend (and rest of the Defence template) unless there are any further comments. 

The facts as known to the Defendant:

2.       It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle in question but liability is denied.  

3.      On the date the alleged contravention occurred, the Defendant entered Egerton Close during the hours of darkness at approximately 18:30. There were no visible signs in the direction of travel as the Defendant entered from Egerton Street. In the absence of visible signage Vehicle Control Services are incapable of forming a contract with the driver.

Hi,

Please could someone give my witness statement a quick look though before I email it across. I also have a few questions. 

1. When I email it to the court I assume it is sufficient to CC the claimants legal team email address in, for serving a copy to them? 
2. I stupidly didn't notice I needed to email the court within 48 hours of the notice so will be emailing them much later but still >14 days before the heading. Will this cause any issues and should I acknowledge the lateness of my email? My hearing date is October 18th so I need to ideally email this over on Friday 1st October 
3. I don't see anything else, but is the witness statement document the only thing left I need to submit after the N180? 
4. I may be wrong but I feel as if this is quite a weak case? I don't have anything to say other than the signs aren't very visible.  

I haven't yet received a bundle from the Claimant so my statement doesn't include any responses to their bundles.

I have added information about the signage included in the SAR. 
Please can someone look at this? I have enabled comments on the google document so anyone can comment there as well. I don't see any issue with sharing a google document? 
I'm aware the page numbers and index isn't up to date - I will sort this when it's finalised. 
Please can someone also answer my 4 questions?? I need to submit this tomorrow.

3) witness statement plus exhibits plus summary costs assessment , 3 items for your bundle , exhibits are numbered with your initials plus a number , as in ABC/001 etc

2) you are asking for a legal assessment of your case , we leave that to the court
