Smets2 Gas Meter - n3rgy data is blank?
Hi,
I had a Lowri Beck engineer on behalf of Avro, install a Gas and Electric Smet2 meter (LadisGyr G470 and E470), almost 3 weeks ago (12th Feb 2021). He mentioned that he could not get the gas meter started right away and it would resolve itself within 48 hours. Sadly, this hasn't been the case and my IHD still shows "waiting for data" for Gas although the Electric is displaying correctly. The Gas meter itself has a meter reading (M3 value) and the value is going up so appears to be working fine. No error messages though when I go to the GAS meter settings (using A and B buttons), I can see an event code 8145 on each day but have no idea what this means? On the electric meter, most lights flash every 5 seconds for SW, WAN, HAN and GAS apart from the MESH light which is off.
I checked the N3rgy.com website by going to "I am a consumer" and entering MPAN & IHD GUID which shows results for my electric meter but its blank for my gas. There is also no tariff associated to the gas for some reason. So I'm wondering if the Data Collector (DCC) are getting my GAS readings - doesn't looks like it based on the N3rgy.com results?
I've sent Avro an email but they haven't responded and its been over a week since the original acknowledgment following a number of chase emails but still radio silence.
Thought I'd post here, as there appear to be similar reports of issues with the Gas meter.
