Very good, but it's no longer 'a blank space near the bottom of page one' where the POFA wording is missing, it's now usually on the reverse.  So, you just need to change the appeal to tell POPLA that the usual words about the POFA that ParkingEye put on the reverse in POFA cases, is not there, proving they know this is a late served NTK and very much non-POFA.

(This is because P/Eye changed their standard NTKs a while back).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

    Hi everyone,
Just wanted to say thanks for all the help and let you know that I've just won 5 consecutive appeals against ParkingEye. Just have one final question - does PE getting my details from the DVLA 5 times when they had no right to do so, constitute a GDPR breach?

    Thank you!

They will claim reasonable cause , you would have to get a judge or the ICO to adjudicate to get an answer to your question

Nice one. A 5-0 win against any PPC is very good, against PE its spectacular.

Can you tell us on what basis POPLA found in your favour - same reason for each PCN, or was there a variety of reasons?

Were your appeals dealt with by a one single assessor, or was there a number of them?

Happily the ‘throw the book at them’ approach along with the ‘golden ticket’ status is what i think deterred ParkingEye. For all of my appeals i received an email with a paragraph similar to this:
    - “Parking Eye Ltd including Car Parking Partnership (CPP) - EW have told us they do not wish to contest the appeal. This means that your appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.”
