ere's your chance to win £1,000 towards a fabulous home makeover – as well as appearing in a Very special music video, which will be premiered during Saturday Night Takeaway on ITV on Saturday 27th March 2021.

The video features real people from all over the UK who submit themselves singing or lip-synching a line from the Madness song "Our House". Plus there'll be special guest appearances from faces you will know and love.

So that's what we'd like you to do. Get your household to sing a line from the song and upload it below…..or just do one by yourself!

Are you the mum who's "so house proud" and your new kitchen is where "mess is not allowed"? Then grab your mop-!!!!!!-microphone, make your grand entrance out of the fridge and get singing and dancing in your kitchen!

Maybe everyone's at home working or home schooling so "there's always something happening, and it's usually quite loud"? Let's hear you and the kids singing loudly whilst your partner's on an important video call!

Or has it simply been "Such a fine time, such a happy time"? Get singing and show us the joy you've had in your house over the last year, maybe from your shed that you've transformed to a cocktail bar!

ery – Our House on The Heart Network, March 2021– Specific Rules.

1.    The Very – Our House promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Monday 1st March 2021 to Sunday 14th March 2021 on The Heart Network. 
2.    IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.
Details of the Promotion:

3.        To enter the Promotion you must: 
a.    go online to the Promotion entry page at heart.co.uk/win
b.    register your details; 
c.    upload a 30 second video of you singing along, or lip syncing, to the Madness track ‘Our House’ 
4.    Entry videos must be a maximum size of 20MB. 
5.    Entries will be judged by Heart producers on the following criteria; a) how entertaining the video is; b) how fun and feel good the video is; and c) how creative the video is. 
6.    Entries deemed by us to be rude, offensive, defamatory, illegal or condoning dangerous behaviour will be removed from the Promotion.
7.    Online entry will open at 00:01 on 1st March 2021 and close at 23:59 on 14th March 2021. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
8.    On the following dates all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. All entries will be reviewed by the judges against the criteria outlined above. 
-    On Friday 5th March 2021 five entries will be selected as winning entries 
-    On Monday 8th March three entries will be selected as winning entries
-    On Monday 15th March two entries will be selected as winning entries
9.    All winning entrants will be contacted by one of our representatives via email or telephone on the telephone number on which you entered. If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner from the original list of entries. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within 28 days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.
10.    By submitting your entry to this Promotion, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of all individuals that feature in your submission (in the case of children under the age of 18, you have obtained the consent of the child’s parent/guardian) and agree to notify us immediately if their consent is withdrawn at any time.
11.    We and Very (the Promotion Partner(s)) may publish and publicise your submission, name, video, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.
12.    In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we and our Promotion Partners may: (i) interview you and your guests which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. We may also publish your and your guest(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture.
13.    Your video entry may be shared with Very and its advertising casting agency, Grey Global Group, so that they can select which videos are featured  in Very’s TV advert and to contact you should your video be chosen.
14.    By Entering this Promotion users give their unqualified consent to the video content they submit being used by the Promoter in any future Very brand marketing activity in all forms of media, including the use of the content  in edited or adapted form, without remuneration.
15.    Entires received between 00:01 on Monday 1st March 2021 and 23:59 on Sunday 7th March 2021 may be selected to feature in a Very television commercial for broadcast on television.  Participants whose videos are selected will be contacted by the week commencing 8th March for a virtual rehearsal to be arranged prior to filming later that week.  Videos selected between 00:01 on Monday 8th March and 23:59 on Sunday 14th March may still be selected to feature in the campaign but will not be required for virtual rehearsals or rerecords.  

Eligibility:

16.     The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry. 
17.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion.

Prize:

18.    10 winning entrants will receive £1000. 
19.     We will endeavour to transfer the prize money to your bank account within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays.    
20.     Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
21.     The prize is non-transferable.
22.    We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Data Protection:
24.     Your personal data, will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited and Quidem Limited), Shop Direct Home Shopping Limited (trading as Very) and Grey Global Group, as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.   
25.     We may hold your personal data for a period of 2 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations. 
26.     You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us or our Promotional Partners when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and/or our Promotional Partners (as applicable) will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see our Privacy Policy for more details). You can opt out at any time. 
27.    We, the Promotion Partners and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
28.     By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion.
29.     You may request the removal of  your personal details from our database by contacting privacy@global.com. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
30.    If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s)  have given you consent to provide us with their personal data.
