RULES

•    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Moonpig Feb 2021 Competition’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 1st March 2021 to 31st March 2021 on Heart Netowrk (the “Radio Station”).

•    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:

•          To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online www.heart.co.uk and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:00 on 1st March and close at 23:59 on the 31st March.

•          Entrants will need to nominate 1 other person to win the prize with a short explanation why  they think the nominee deserves to win.

•          One winner will be selected at random within 30 days of the competition ending. 

Eligibility:

•          Entrants must be 18 and over

•          Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. 

Prize:

The winner and their nominee will both win a at home Virtual cocktail making class and a bunch of Moonpig flowers each.

•          The virtual classes will be provided as an experience voucher for the winner to book at their leisure. Experience voucher is valid for 12 months from the date that it is purchased. Classes run every other Friday evening from 18.30 throughout the year. Date exclusions may apply. The link to the class will be sent via email on the chosen day of your experience, to the email used at activation. Please allow 90 minutes for the full experience. Minimum age for participation is 18. The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary.

•          Should the Apple iPad be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. 

•          All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. 

•          A bunch of flowers, minimum value £25 for each of the winners.

•          Moonpig flowers will be sent within 14 days of the initial contact with the winner.

•          The flowers will be chosen by Moonpig depending on availbality but will have a minimum value of £25 each.

 

•          Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
