RULES 
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions (the “Competition Terms and Conditions)  of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘MoneySuperMarket Online Competition March 2021’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 1st March 2021 to 31st March 2021 on Heart Network(the “Radio Station”). 

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
   
Details of the Competition: 
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk ,  register their details, and answer the question on the MoneySuperMarket competition page.  
4.    Online entry will open at 00:01 on 1st March 2021 and close at 23:59 on to 31st March 2021.
5.    One Winner will be randomly selected from all correct and eligible entries, and contacted within 30 days of the end of the competition by a representative of Global.
 
Eligibility: 
6.    Entrants must be 18 years old or over. 
7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

8.    One winner will win:
-    £250.00 to spend at Pets at Home
-    A Fitbit Sense Smart Watch
-    A £100.00 Nike e-gift card
•    Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. 
•    £250.00 to spend at Pets at home will be provided as a cash sum and transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days. 
•    Nike e-gift cards can be redeemed online and in the Nike app, both in the UK and a selection of European countries (see Nike website for further details). Nike e-gift cards have no expiry date. 
•    All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries. 
Prize Terms and Conditions:
9.    The prize will be awarded to the Winner by telephone call or email from a representative of Global and then contacted by NDL.
10.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion and there is no cash alternative.
