I live on a main road. There is no cycle path, but there is a path and some greenery and it is used by walkers/joggers/runners and some cyclists, so we do have to be careful when exiting and entering our driveway. We can turn round on our driveway so we are not reversing across the path. I don't find it a problem to be honest and it wouldn't put me off the house.1

It depends on the location.I live in the city (London) there's a cycling path near me thats always busy with people cycling into work (in the City).
So trying to cross over is always a pain, where the cycling path starts (off the main road) I always see cyclist shouting "oi", "Heeeyyyy", "bleep, bleep, bleeepp" where I guess when people try to cross over or when cars turn in.There is also a zebra cross near the path which every single cyclist ignore (ive have seen multiple people swerving on the zebra crossing at speeding cyclist).Annoying many cycling paths here run behind a bus stop (in between the pavement and bus stop island) meaning if you're trying to catch a bus and you're on the pavement, you need to wait for the cyclist to give way for you to step onto the bus stop island.This is of course in the city of London where many hipsters and cyclists reside so if you're by the countryside i doubt you'll get the same issues as me0 -
Of course many buyers would also regard it as a bonus to have immediate access to a cycle path, rather than having to first negotiate a non-segregated main road.0
