No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries March

This month has been very slow as I'm dealing with LHJs. Have even skipped my usual birthday purchase of perfume this month as I can't bear the thought of another big product. Lockdown has definitely made me realise how long things last and how regular 'sales' are. Anyway...
UUs:
Ogx Brazilian keratin smooth shampoo - WNBA, very disappointing. Have to use loads to get a decent lather and did nothing for my hair. Starting to think that Ogx is overrated for the price. The herbal essence 'clean' range seems better.
Poundland vaseline - WBA, always useful for the constant handwashing.
GA to mum:
Bottle of coconut oil - Don't think it doesn't anything for my hair. Had major shedding when I used it as a pre-poo treatment. Will need to go back to Olaplex treatments.

uuWonder Oil - not sure what brand this is but it came from Holland & Barrett, I used it as a hot oil for my hair, body moisturiser, cleanser and eye makeup remover so it is really versatile.Sanctuary Kyphi Body Butter 150ml - lovely scent.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

From the PP list the Elemis shower gel and the Fushi oil are going to be finished soon but the other items are going strong.I think today is the last day for the '7 by Spring' challenge. I've been using a No7 red lip crayon instead of the Barbara Daly one so I will carry that over, I wasn't loving the Collection concealer under my eyes and I don't really have any blemishes at the moment so I took the stopper out and have been using it as foundation, as long as I don't use too much it is working well and is nearly done and I think I will use the Miss Sporty concealer in this way. I have a few more uses in the Benefit shadow so I will carry on with that but call it done for the purposes of this challenge, the eyeliner will be carried over.I will post my '7 by Summer' items in a minute.

Well I've failed miserably at this! Over the past couple of months I've started a proper AM and PM skincare routine - before I'd only ever wash my face using a cloth and warm water, then follow with moisturiser. When I moved house a few months ago I realised just how many products I had an vowed to use them up, hence starting a routine!
A lot of what I had were tester/sample sizes which have run out quickly. I've today bought a Cerave full sized cleanser, a La Roche-Posay anti-redness moisturiser and anti-redness treatment. Not mega bucks I realise, but far more than my normal buys of, say, a tube of Nivea moituriser. Looking forward to trying them to be honest and don't feel bad for having added to the collection!

I have decluttered another palette, this time it was the Too Faced A Few of my Favourite Things. I've had it a long time and bring it into rotation now and again but only use a few of the shadows and don't ever use the bronzers (I don't like bronzer), one of the blushers was too glittery and the other two dark. I didn't ask DD if she wanted this one as she has a ton of makeup already.I think there may be more decluttering to follow.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

I think it’s time to call this Project done. I won’t have any more of these products done before Wednesday. Anyone up for a Finish 7 by Summer Project. Here’s my list:-Smashbox Full Exposure matte brown shadow (carried over)Bare Minerals Warmth bronzer (carried over, if I finish it in a reasonable time, I will roll in my Benefit Hoola mini bronzer and aim to hit pan).Avon Mulberry lipgloss (carried over. I’m hoping this won’t take much longer to be done. I’ll then roll in a Laura Geller lipstick called Kiss. Not sure I can pan this in the timeframe but goal is to keep it in rotation and wear it three times a week,
Elf setting spray. Another item that I neglect to use. Want to finish it.
MAC Agrabah eyeshadow from the Princess Jasmine palette. It is currently loose in a jar. Hoping to finish it fairly soon and then move onto Bare Minerals Heart loose eyeshadow. Aim to wear this at least twice a week.
Hourglass highlighter from the Edit 4 palette. Want to hit pan.
OPI Lavendare to find courage mini lacquer. Finish.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Two UUs from the past few days:
Oral B Satin Tape 25m - WDBA and have done. Cheap and effective
Jordan Samuel Skin The Matinee Gel Cleanser 180ml - WBA and probably will. It's such a lovely, gentle, and refreshing gel cleanser. I've really enjoyed it. Will probably purchase again
