Just noticed a non payment logged on my credit file from a utility supplier which is apparently 24 months old!! Have tried endlessly to raise this as a query with said CRA as this has never shown in my Experian report, HOWEVER none of the links on their website get you to a page where you can actually provide specific details  about your discrepancy. 🙈🙈🙈
I got dizzy & frustrated from going round and round in circles and getting know where 😤

You're not going to get more specific than what is shown.

It's a missed payment from 2 years ago on a CRA that many providers don't even bother to check.  I'd move on rather than tying myself in knots trying to fix it if it were me.

Not all firms report to all agencies.
You would do better speaking to the utility firm who registered the entry first to find out if it's valid or not.
