Just noticed a non payment logged on my credit file from a utility supplier which is apparently 24 months old!! Have tried endlessly to raise this as a query with said CRA as this has never shown in my Experian report, HOWEVER none of the links on their website get you to a page where you can actually provide specific details about your discrepancy. 🙈🙈🙈

You're not going to get more specific than what is shown.
It's a missed payment from 2 years ago on a CRA that many providers don't even bother to check. I'd move on rather than tying myself in knots trying to fix it if it were me.0 -
Not all firms report to all agencies.
You would do better speaking to the utility firm who registered the entry first to find out if it's valid or not.0 -
